How it works
Four steps, and nobody has to remember anything.
- Step 1
The merchant issues the invoice
They enter the amount or pick products, then send the invoice to their customer from the app.
- Step 2
The customer confirms it
The customer gets a notification, reviews the invoice and accepts it. From then on its lines and total are fixed.
- Step 3
Payments are recorded
Each time the customer pays, in cash or however you agreed, the merchant adds the payment to the invoice's record.
- Step 4
Both see the same balance
What has been paid and what is left stay visible to both sides, until the invoice is settled in full.
Made for the counter, not the back office
Everything a shop needs to keep honest books with its customers, and nothing it doesn't.
An invoice in seconds
Enter the amount on a calculator-style pad, or pick from your product list, then send the invoice to your customer.
Confirmed by both sides
An invoice only becomes a fixed record once the other side accepts it, so there is nothing left to dispute.
Your customers in one list
Connect with customers by phone number and follow what each one owes from a single place.
Due-date reminders
Both the merchant and the customer are reminded when an unpaid invoice is coming due.
Your numbers at a glance
Sales, outstanding balances and your best customers, without spreadsheets or manual sums.
Arabic first, English when you want it
An Arabic, right-to-left interface that switches to English in one tap.

Questions people ask
Didn't find your answer? Write to us at support@getjood.app
Does Jood move my money?
No. Jood only records amounts. It does not take payments, hold money, or ask for card or bank details. You and your customer settle up however you agree, then you record it in the app.
Who can see my invoices?
An invoice is a shared record between a store and its customer, and both can see it. A personal invoice a customer writes down for themselves, about a shop that is not on Jood, is visible to nobody else.
Can I edit an invoice after sending it?
Yes, while it is still waiting for the customer. It keeps its number and the customer is notified again. Once accepted, its lines and total are fixed and only payments can be added.
What happens if the customer rejects an invoice?
The refusal stays on the record. A rejected invoice is never edited or deleted; you issue a new, separately numbered invoice that refers back to it.
Can more than one person work on my store?
Yes. A store has one owner, who can invite staff by phone number. Staff handle the daily work such as issuing invoices and recording payments; the store's name, tax rate and team are the owner's to manage.
Is Jood free?
You can start for free. Usage limits and paid plans differ by market, and the details are in the app.
